Fees for our programs are disclosed prior to enrollment. Where offered, installment or alternative financing options are subject to separate terms discussed during your application review. All fees are payable in accordance with the payment schedule agreed upon at enrollment.

All content, materials, and resources provided through our services are owned by or licensed to Affiliate Academy LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, resell, or share program materials without our express written permission.

You agree to use our services lawfully and to refrain from any activity that disrupts, damages, or interferes with our services or other users. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms.

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantee of any specific income, earnings, or results. Any figures or examples shared are not promises or guarantees of your results. Your outcomes depend on your effort, experience, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Affiliate Academy LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the services giving rise to the claim.
